Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes and not primarily for commercial or self-employed professional purposes.
Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.
How to Cancel
You can submit your cancellation online using our cancellation feature: To do so, click the “Cancel Contract” button located in the footer of every page in our store, or go directly to veddelholzer.com/widerruf. If you use this option, you will immediately receive confirmation via email that we have received your cancellation.

Returning the Goods
After you have canceled your order, please return the goods within 14 days to the following address:

The direct costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
Return Costs in Case of Cancellation Before Shipment
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. This also applies if you cancel the contract before the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier (so-called “cancellation”), but the goods could no longer be stopped due to automated processes in our logistics center and were delivered to you.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, we will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs to the original payment method within 14 days.
Loss of Value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is attributable to handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Please return the goods to us with sufficient postage. Returns sent freight collect cannot be accepted.
